Our CEO Jordan is either on a job, teaching a team details of metal, or he can be found in the San Juan mountains of Colorado trail running, hiking with a pug in a backpack, or showing his 2 boys how to crack geode's.

Jordan grew up in business, watching his grandfather fail and succeed in retail. From the first customer handshake at seven, in a South Texas Western Auto, Jordan knew business was his path. With 20 plus years in construction and roofing, learning from his father, and those alike; Jordan founded Endure Metal Roofing with the core value of "Solve problems and be the example". Jordan is no stranger to building a business, from a successful sportswear clothing company, to building high end camper vans. His passion is simply building quality things with amazing people outdoors. With this in mind Jordan has never taken his foot off the metal roofing gas pedal.

Luke Wells

From humble beginnings in West Texas Luke has become a vital part of the field development at Endure Metal Roofing. Luke sets himself apart with his attention to install detail, and daily reporting to all who are involved. Luke holds himself accountable for everything he touches and this is why he will always Endure. Luke has gone from aero space, to welding, and beyond. We are lucky to have found him. Luke found his passion in metal, but more so in building team culture with proper leadership through his own experiences. We are blessed to have built a team of the best installers in the state of Texas. We like to call them the defensive line, they work hard, work in the shadows, and we can't win without them.
