This mindset has led us to fully understanding each customers needs as they come and knowing our place is being a solution to the problem. The first step we take to ensure your roof will exceed all expectations is our commitment to manufacture accountability and equipment certifications. Each roll form machine is inspected and given a unique number to show our commitment to excellence. The coil we run on each project is not only inspected as it comes, but we also maintain direct communication with our supply house to ensure your materials are not worn or showing signs of second hand quality. From the galvalume to aluminum we do our best to hold ourself and our team accountable for all quality control. 

PROCESS

 Step 1: Reach out to us, let’s establish our goals as the project sees fit. Endure will set expectations as per the discussion so you are fully in the loop.

Step 2: An Endure team member will visit the site and take measurements or review blueprints within 24 hours we will provide a bid based on discussion and expectations.

Step 3: If you are happy with our bid and commitments we will draft an invoice and contract you for your signature. A deposit shall be paid based on our invoice outline. From there the job will be scheduled.

Step 4: Materials will be staged, and all trim will be made per job scope.

Step 5: Let the job begin and watch it run smoothly. We document each part of the process for you.

Last step: Endure will meet you “the owner“ for a final walkthrough of the job and address any concerns or simply shake your hand, collect final payment, and continue to Endure.
